After a few weeks, memories blur: which road was that again? What moved you so much that day? A simple ride journal keeps what would otherwise be lost.

How to keep a ride journal

  • Keep it short: Three sentences after each ride are enough – route, feeling, one moment.
  • Be honest: Also note what was difficult. That's where you learn the most.
  • Look back: Read it at the end of the season. You'll be amazed how much you've learnt.

Reflection turns kilometres into experience. That's the core of Ride & Reflect – more in my coaching offers.
