Riding alone has something special about it: nobody sets the pace, nobody waits, no conversations. That often makes it easier to find your flow – if you let yourself.

Into the flow on your own

  • Set off without a plan: A rough direction is enough. Let the road guide you.
  • Allow silence: Try a ride without music or an intercom.
  • Think about safety: Tell someone roughly where you're going and when you'll be back.

Riding alone can be a wonderful form of reflection. Find out more in my coaching offers.
