After a day in the mud, bike and rider look equally battered. But right now it's worth pausing for a moment: what did you manage today that you thought impossible this morning?

After the mud

  • Clean the bike: Remove mud from the chain, brakes and radiator promptly – no pressure washer directly on bearings.
  • Recover: Off-road riding is exhausting. Treat yourself to warmth, food and rest.
  • Record your success: Write down the hardest section you mastered. It will be your anchor for next time.

Every section you master builds your confidence. That's what Offroad Mindset is all about – all the details in my coaching offers.
