Were your first riding lessons frustrating? That's completely normal. Everyone who rides calmly over the passes today was once a shaky beginner. The difference isn't talent – it's sticking with it.
How to keep going
- Small goals: Pick one single thing per ride instead of wanting everything at once.
- Make progress visible: After each ride, write down what went better than last week.
- Put setbacks in perspective: One bad day says nothing about your development. Tomorrow is a new ride.
If frustration is holding you back more than technique, an outside view can help. My Focus Sessions start right there.
