The look back becomes a look ahead: what do you want to achieve next season? Good goals aren't "ride faster" but are concrete, doable and tailored to you.
- Concrete: "I ride right-hand hairpins relaxed" is better than "I'll become a better rider".
- Doable: better one or two goals you really tackle than ten that get left lying.
- Visible: write your goals down and hang them in the garage.
Goals give the winter break a purpose. If you'd like to work out your plan together, the Focus Session is a good place for it.
