A beautiful photo of your bike against a mountain backdrop – many riders want that as a keepsake. A few simple tricks make the difference, but the most important thing remains: the best picture is the one your heart keeps.

Three tips for the bike photo

  • Use the light: Position the bike at an angle to the light, ideally in the morning or late afternoon.
  • Choose the backdrop: A pass, a lake, a bend in the background – the bike doesn't have to fill the whole frame.
  • Picture and moment: Take the photo – then consciously put your phone away and experience the place yourself.

Riding, stopping, noticing: that interplay is at the heart of Ride & Reflect. More in my coaching offers.
