After a slide, your confidence is often gone. Suddenly you tense up in corners that were never a problem, and the joy of riding fades. That's normal – and it's never too late for a fresh start.

Regaining confidence

  • Put the experience in context: What happened, and what of it still rides along today?
  • Small steps: Calm roads, little pressure, lots of good experiences.
  • Use support: An outside view helps resolve blocks faster.

Confidence can be rebuilt. I'll accompany you in my Focus Sessions.
