Many misunderstandings in a group happen because nobody agreed on anything beforehand. If you know how things work, you ride more relaxed – and can focus on the road instead of on the others.

What to agree on before you set off

  • Route and breaks: Where are we going, where do we stop, where do we refuel?
  • Hand signals: Simple signals for fuel, break, hazard on the road or turning.
  • If you get separated: Whoever falls behind simply continues on the route – the group waits at the next junction.

Clear agreements create calm. On the guided rides, a briefing before setting off is part of the routine.
