After a hectic day at work, your head is full. Many riders get on their bike to switch off – and ride the first few kilometres with their thoughts still in the office. The way into the zone needs a conscious transition.

From everyday life into the saddle

  • A short ritual: Take a minute before setting off: helmet on, three breaths, a look at your bike.
  • Roll in calmly: The first kilometres are for arriving, not for speed.
  • Check honestly: Are you too tired or too wound up? Then a short ride is better than a long one.

Motorcycling can be a wonderful counterbalance – with the right transition. My Burnout Prevention starts right here.
