The biggest challenge on the way to the North Cape or on the TET is often not the rain, but loneliness in the evening. If you prepare mentally for the low points, you'll enjoy the high points more intensely.

Travelling mentally prepared

  • Plan for low points: Fatigue, homesickness and frustration are part of it. Knowing this makes them less of a shock.
  • Bring rituals: A journal, a phone call, a fixed evening routine give you something to hold on to.
  • Stay in touch: Agree fixed times to check in with the people who matter to you.

Preparation starts in your head. In the Adventure Blueprint we prepare your big trip together.
